What can you trade with AussieTrust?
Traders take a lot of time and effort to create a successful portfolio. Ever heard of saying “never put all your eggs in one basket”? It is never truer than in the trading world. Your portfolio must be comprised of many different assets that will allow you flexibility. AussieTrust recognizes this need and delivers in a big way.
You are presented with more than 200 assets. You can easily find what you are looking for because all assets are divided into different categories. These include Forex, Commodities, Crypto, Stock and Indices. Best of all, within the trading platform, there is a search function, so that, If you know exactly what you are looking for, you can add it to your portfolio within seconds.
Another great AussieTrust feature is the ability to quickly see the performance of any given asset just by looking at the little preview window attached to it. Without wasting any time, you can see the buy and sell value as well as its general performance since the last session. This kind of accessibility is excellent for both the beginners and veterans alike. AussieTrust has managed to create a platform that enables has enough features for both sides.
Is the AussieTrust trading platform secure?
Speaking of the platform, we are happy to report that AussieTrust has developed their own custom browser-based solutions. While some experienced traders might be used to platforms such as MetaTrader, we believe that giving AussieTrust a shot might prove to be a surprisingly good move.
Three of its biggest strengths lie in overall stability, fund security and trade execution. During our trades we never experienced any technical hiccup, nor did we encounter any mishandling of our funds. This overwhelmingly positive experience led us to believe that we were dealing with a legitimate brokerage with a lot to offer.
At any time, you can get all the trading information you might need at a second’s notice. The biggest portion of the display is reserved for real-time performance. Once you select your desired asset, you can monitor its historical data as well as see any changes when and as they occur. The interface is easy to navigate and it even allows you to use a handful of tools to perform your own analysis in order to improve your trading strategy on the go.
Probably the best part of AussieTrust trading platform is all the handy shortcuts. Everything you need is just a click away thanks to the useful sidebar that can be used to access opened and closed positions, quickly deposit, or withdraw your funds or even content the support from within the platform. This helps keeps you emersed in your trading at all times and we have to commend AussieTrust for creating such an interactable and welcoming trading environment.
AussieTrust accounts offered
AussieTrust goes even further for making beginners feel comfortable. This is achieved by offering a deep-layered account types system that is extremely flexible in order to accommodate your needs, ambitions and ultimately – budget. There are four main account types and all except the highest tier can be accessed right away. These include Silver, Gold, Platinum and the VIP account.
Silver account is perfect for those wishing to make their first traders, or for those who simply wish to test most of what Aussie Trust offers. The entry barrier is set at just €250. This grants you access to the full range of tradable assets (more than 200 at the time of writing), Market reviews and a Leverage of up to 100.
If you decide you want more perks, you can get them in the Gold account for €10,000. In return, you receive a dedicated Senior Account Manager, Bonus funds, Lucrative Gold Spreads, Increased Leverage of up to 200 and Monthly webinars. As you can see, you get a lot more bang for your buck, and if you take trading seriously, this should be your starting point.
However, if your ambitions exceed all that, the Platinum account is available at €50,000. In addition to everything previously mentioned, this tier also includes Platinum Spreads, even higher leverage (up to 300), Trading Signals, Tier 2 Trade room analysis, Financial and Risk management planning and Special Venture promotions. Do note that you should be experienced at trading to make the most use out of all these advanced features.
Finally, there is the VIP account. There seems to be no financial limitation for accessing it, and it seems to be invitational only. We are unaware of the criteria, but we have to say that the perks definitely match the VIP status. Here is where you can find the best spreads, leverage, complete access to trading room analysis and webinars, Private analysis sessions and perhaps most importantly – prioritized withdrawal access.
AussieTrust withdrawal and funding methods
You can find all the typical methods for withdrawals and deposits at AussieTrust. Based on your preference, you can choose between using Credit Cards, Bank Wire Transfers or Bitcoin Transfer. Depending on what you select, your experience may vary. While deposits are instant, we experienced some inconsistencies with withdrawing our funds. We discovered that using Bitcoin transfer everything worked fine and without delay. On the other hand, if you are relying on any type of bank provider, you might experience some additional waiting times. Upon further investigation, we realized that this was caused by the banks themselves, so be sure to check your bank policies before proceeding. Luckily, on AussieTrust end, everything seemed to be working smoothly.
Education resources at AussieTrust
You might be a complete noob who has never traded a day in his/her life. On the other hand, you might be a long-time trader in need of a slight refresh. In either case, everyone can benefit a good education system. While it is true that these can be found online, it can take a frustratingly long time to simply choose a competent course that can actually teach you something. This is why we always highly value when a brokerage takes take to develop an education hub in-house.
AussieTrust has done exactly this. They have provided its traders with sufficient materials that don’t require registration or any type of commitment. If you want even more, you will be able to find all the help you need withing your chosen account type.
For starters, you can learn a lot by referring to the eBooks section that holds a variety of material for beginners and experts alike. They are written very clearly and they contain helpful illustration so that you can easily master those skills. If there are is still some terminology that is puzzling you, you can head to the Glossary which gives an alphabetical overview of all the trading jargon you might encounter.
Customer Support at AussieTrust
There seems to be no shortage of ways to contact an AussieTrust representative. If you don’t feel like talking, you can check out the F.A.Q. page to address your questions. However, if you have a more complex issue and need more direct assistance, we can recommend these options. There are three call centers (Australia, Sweden and the U.K.) you can reach based on where you are located. You can check their contact page to find out in detail the exact working hours of each team. On the same page, you can find an email form with a useful issue ticket. This apparently helps them get back to you sooner and we can confirm that we always got an email back within the few hours.
Regardless of which option you choose, you can expect a friendly and helpful professional. At no point did we disclose that we were doing a review on them and thus received no preferential treatment. Still, we were always happy to find all our issues or insecurities resolved in a speedy manner.
Is AussieTrust a good broker?
Based on our experiences, we can full-heartedly recommend AussieTrust to anyone considering doing online trading. Both beginners and veterans can find a lot to like, starting with a deep pool of education resources, more than friendly staff and, probably most importantly – a fantastic trading platform that does not hold back. It is not easy to find all this within a single brokerage, so we were extra pleased. If we were to locate a single fault, it would be that the website is only available in English. We would love to see some other languages as well, but we can hardly consider this a big flaw.
